Now, anyone on your site or a hosted chat page has more ways to connect with you. Screen sharing is limited to the desktop app. However, Video and Voice calls are available on mobile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what’s new? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Previously, once Video + Voice + Screensharing was enabled, any visitor was able to start a session and request a video chat, a voice call or a screen sharing session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The add-on has now been updated and this functionality can be switched on or off in the Dashboard. This means if you prefer to give only agents the power to initiate a video chat, a voice call or a screen sharing session, you can. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
