not just a great tool to engage and interact with visitors on your website, it\u2019s a great way to collaborate and work with your team as well.<\/p><p>I\u2019m going to show you three features within tawk.to that are going to help you work better as a team.<\/p><p>The first is group chats.<\/p><p>From within the tawk.to dashboard, you can create a group chat with selected team members:<\/p><p>\u2013 On the left-hand side of the dashboard, next to the \u2018Groups\u2019 title, click the + sign or \u2018New Group\u2019<br \/>\u2013 Enter the \u2018Group Name\u2019<br \/>\u2013 Select the \u2018Property\u2019\u00a0<br \/>\u2013 Then, select the \u2018Team Members\u2019 you want to add to that group<\/p><p>There\u2019s no limit to the number of groups you can create. If you or one of your team members want to exit a group at any stage, just click the exit arrow in the bottom right-hand corner here.<\/p><p>You can also have a direct conversation with any of your team members here.<\/p><p>Another great feature for improving teamwork is the whisper function. You can chat with one of your team members, whilst they are in a chat with a customer, without the customer knowing. We call it a whisper.<\/p><p>To use the whisper function, click on an existing chat, then click on the \u2018Whisper\u2019 tab, here. Anything you type now will be sent to the person responding, and the customer or visitor won\u2019t be able to see it.<\/p><p>From here you can also take over an existing chat. If you or one of your team members want to exit a group at any stage, just click the exit arrow in the bottom right-hand corner here.<\/p>\n<p>You can also have a direct conversation with any of your team members here.<\/p>\n<p>Another great feature for improving teamwork is the whisper function. You can chat with one of your team members, whilst they are in a chat with a customer, without the customer knowing. We call it a whisper.<\/p>\n<p>To use the whisper function, click on an existing chat, then click on the \u2018Whisper\u2019 tab, here. Anything you type now will be sent to the person responding, and the customer or visitor won\u2019t be able to see it.<\/p>\n<p>From here you can also take over an existing chat.
