aware existed in tawk.to. With each feature, I\u2019m going to give you an explanation of what it is and how it works. If you need more information, there\u2019ll be links in the description below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. You can forward all your emails to the tawk.to dashboard. From there, you can manage them, just like a normal ticket.<\/p>\n<p>You can respond to the customer directly from within tawk.to.<br>\nYou can tag them.<br>\nYou can assign them to a team member.<br>\nYou can even mark them as open, pending or closed.<\/p>\n<p>2. Each tawk.to user can create their own profile page. Here\u2019s mine.<\/p>\n<p>The link to your profile page can be added to business cards, email signatures, social media accounts. Only you can respond on your profile page. It means customers can start a chat with you (or a team member) directly.<\/p>\n<p>3.
