you\u2019re ready to fill it with great content.<br \/><br \/>The first step is to set up your categories. In the upper menu, you will see a book icon. This is how you can quickly access your knowledge base. So right now, we don\u2019t have any articles in there.<br \/><br \/>The first thing to do is to select the \u2018Categories\u2019 button here. You can see I\u2019ve set up three categories. If you click on any of the categories, you can customize them. So you can add an icon, change the name, change the slug, and select whether it\u2019s a top-level category or a subcategory under one of the other categories. You can also give it a description. Once you\u2019ve made any changes, click \u2018Save Category\u2019 and then navigate back.<br \/><br \/>To create a new category, click the \u2018New Category\u2019 button. Let\u2019s enter a name. It\u2019s automatically populated with a relevant slug. We can add an icon. We can select whether it\u2019s a top-level category or a subcategory. Once you\u2019ve done that, you can change the order in which your categories will appear.<br \/><br \/>So once we\u2019ve set up our categories, it\u2019s time to create our articles. You can see right now we don\u2019t have any articles available. So in the top-right hand corner, click on the green \u2018New Article\u2019 button.<br \/><br \/>The first step is to create a title. So let\u2019s create \u201cWhat is a rocket?\u201d You will find that will automatically populate the slug, the URL. Status will determine whether it\u2019s \u2018Draft,\u2019 \u2018Published,\u2019 or \u2018Archived.\u2019 You can set visibility as \u2018Public\u2019 so everyone has access to it or you can set it \u2018Private,\u2019 which meansit\u2019s only available to team members associated with this property.<br \/><br \/>You can assign it to a category. So let\u2019s assign it to Rockets. You can change the language. We only have set it up right now in English. And you can change the author as well. And also, you can connect it to other articles, but seeing we don\u2019t have any, that\u2019s why there are none available in there.<br \/><br \/>So we\u2019ve set our \u2018Heading.\u2019 Now we\u2019re going to create a \u2018Subtitle.\u2019 And I\u2019m getting the information for this article directly from the NASA website, so our subheading will be: \u201cThis article is part of the NASA Knows (Grades K-4) series.\u201d<br \/>Next, we can just use blocks to create our article. So the first thing we want to do is add an image. So click on the image icon and we\u2019ll upload our first image in this Gallery which gives you access to all images that you\u2019ve uploaded in the past. So let\u2019s select this image from the Gallery. Great!<br \/><br \/>Next, we\u2019re going to add a new block. Let\u2019s add another header: \u201cHow does a Rocket Engine Work?\u201d Let\u2019s add a paragraph with text. Voila! And, after the text, let\u2019s upload a video. So we\u2019re gonna source our video from YouTube. The Video URL is here. So you can change the start time and the end time and there are all these options that you can customize. Great! Now we\u2019ve got our video as well.<br \/><br \/>You can also add snippets of code as a block or add dividers or a table of contents. The blocks are interchangeable and we can move the video all the way to the top. Done!<br \/><br \/>Once you\u2019re done customizing your article, just click \u2018Publish\u2019 and you\u2019re set! You can view the site by just clicking the \u2018View Site\u2019 button in the top right-hand corner. And we can click on \u2018Rockets\u2019 and we can have a look at our article. All set!<br \/><br \/>Going back to that original menu, you can see now that we have an article in here: \u201cWhat is a Rocket?\u201d You can see it\u2019s available in English. In the upper menu, you will see a book icon. This is how you can quickly access your knowledge base. So right now, we don\u2019t have any articles in there.<br \/><br \/>The first thing to do is to select the \u2018Categories\u2019 button here. You can see I\u2019ve set up three categories. If you click on any of the categories, you can customize them. So you can add an icon, change the name, change the slug, and select whether it\u2019s a top-level category or a subcategory under one of the other categories. You can also give it a description. Once you\u2019ve made any changes, click \u2018Save Category\u2019 and then navigate back.<br \/><br \/>To create a new category, click the \u2018New Category\u2019 button. Let\u2019s enter a name. It\u2019s automatically populated with a relevant slug. We can add an icon. We can select whether it\u2019s a top-level category or a subcategory. Once you\u2019ve done that, you can change the order in which your categories will appear.<br \/><br \/>So once we\u2019ve set up our categories, it\u2019s time to create our articles. You can see right now we don\u2019t have any articles available. So in the top-right hand corner, click on the green \u2018New Article\u2019 button.<br \/><br \/>The first step is to create a title. So let\u2019s create \u201cWhat is a rocket?\u201d You will find that will automatically populate the slug, the URL. Status will determine whether it\u2019s \u2018Draft,\u2019 \u2018Published,\u2019 or \u2018Archived.\u2019 You can set visibility as \u2018Public\u2019 so everyone has access to it or you can set it \u2018Private,\u2019 which meansit\u2019s only available to team members associated with this property.<br \/><br \/>You can assign it to a category. So let\u2019s assign it to Rockets. You can change the language. We only have set it up right now in English. And you can change the author as well. And also, you can connect it to other articles, but seeing we don\u2019t have any, that\u2019s why there are none available in there.<br \/><br \/>So we\u2019ve set our \u2018Heading.\u2019 Now we\u2019re going to create a \u2018Subtitle.\u2019 And I\u2019m getting the information for this article directly from the NASA website, so our subheading will be: \u201cThis article is part of the NASA Knows (Grades K-4) series.\u201d<br \/>Next, we can just use blocks to create our article. So the first thing we want to do is add an image. So click on the image icon and we\u2019ll upload our first image in this Gallery which gives you access to all images that you\u2019ve uploaded in the past. So let\u2019s select this image from the Gallery. Great!<br \/><br \/>Next, we\u2019re going to add a new block.
